WHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND
"Structured Communications" is a workshop for managers who want to improve the ability to bring key messages across in presentations. The workshop is offered by steercom who has conducted these workshops successfully with many German companies.In theory and practice you will learn how to structure a presentation based on the Pyramid Principle ("The McKinsey Way of Thinking").
The steercom methodology includes:
* Defining the scope of your communication task by creating one key question
* Structuring your task by using the issue-based problem solving technique
* Analyzing your adresse(s)
* Defining your key message (only one per presention)
* Building a pyramid of messages in a logic way in order to set up a convincing storyboard
* Learning how to visualize your messages
You will immediately improve your business presentation skills and save time by working more effectively.
